Nube Master Project Roadmap

This document outlines the master timeline and phased deployment roadmap for Nube: The Autonomous Data Fabric.

Goal

To release a Personal Mode binary (Desktop/Server) that demonstrates superior speed, sync resilience, and ease of use compared to Syncthing, followed by a Mobile Companion.

Out of Scope for MVP

• Mobile Bridge (Phone Companion App) - Deprioritized in favor of desktop excellence.

• TiKV / Cluster Mode implementation - Reserved for enterprise scale scaling phase.

• WASM Editing - Client-side editing in browser.

• Tablet UI - Native large-screen tablet UI.
